mLegitymacja is a mobile version of the document confirming student status and entitling to statutory discounts. It can be activated thanks to the free mObywatel application.

mLegitymacja can be ordered by a student who meets all of the following criteria:

• has active student status;
• has a PESEL number;
• has an Electronic Student ID (physical one) that has been extended in the system (confirmed by affixing a valid hologram)
• the student's personal data have not changed since the ELS was issued.
• has the mObywatel application installed

Activation Instructions:

In order to activate mLegitymacja on your phone, you must first of all:

• download and install the mObywatel application on your phone  
• download and install the Mobilny USOS PWr application (Android;  iOS)
