Coordinators and Advisors of the field of study
Tasks set for advisors:
- Reviewing of the Individual Course of Study
- Setting Individual Course of Study for the participants of the international exchange (Erasmus programme)
- Determining replacements in the programme of study for a given field of study (due to eg. planning international exchange, student’s transfer / resumption / return from leave requests.
Task set for coordinators:
- Planning entrustment in coordination with faculty’s deparments and speciality’s supervisors (if concerns)
- Determination of the form of the subjects (remote/stationary) before each semester, if such possibility is available in the programme of study. Such action should be taken well in advance in order to properly prepare the schedule for upcoming semester.
- Monitoring didactic’s workload of the employees (in coordination with Team of the Didactics Service) in given semester, including decision-making regarding cancellation of group’s subjects.
- Determining substitution in case of absence.
