Trusted Artificial Intelligence

Description of the field of study 

The field produces specialists in designing secure ICT architecture, including critical infrastructure and anomaly detection in ICT systems. The graduates are ready to design and use advanced machine learning methods, including deep learning, to extract information from bulk data by employing High Performance Computing and supercomputer systems (clusters, GPU). 

The graduates become familiar with tools allowing: bulk data analysis, wide area data analytics, data processing in distributed systems. 

They are ready to work with and develop visual inspection and multidimensional signal analysis systems.

The graduate can

implement modern AI tools in order to design trusted IT systems, including system requirements analysis and planning, system implementation and modifications needed to adapt the system to changing requirements, especially related to security issues, use tools for processing very big data volumes, for example machine learning and quantum algorithmics, develop security systems for services and statistical analysis systems for Big Data, use advanced optimisation techniques in computer forensic science, design secure ICT architectures, process data with the use of natural language and cognitive science.

Enrolment conditions

Required degree: Engineer or Engineer MSc.

Allowed fields of completed studies: Automation and Robotics,  Cybersecurity,  Computer Science,  Algorithmic Computer Science,  Applied Computer Science,  Technical Computer Science,  Information and Communication Technology,  Telecommunications.
