- In order to resume studies in order to be allowed to (re)take the diploma examination after removal from the register of students (§33 sec. 1 pt 4) - student has to send request for resumption of studies to the email: obrony_w4n@pwr.edu.pl - no later than 14 days before the first date of the diploma examination according to the schedule of the diploma process in a given semester

* Only documents for which the diploma thesis is in “Ready for defense” status will be accepted.
In exceptional (justified) cases, the student may be given permission to extend the deadline for submitting the diploma dissertation – the application must include consent from the supervisor (signature).
The maximum extension date is 15.07.2026. The application deadline is 15.06.2026.
