- An ICS does not mean:
- excusing the student from participation in classes,

- reducing the stage requirements for a given stage (study semester).
- As part of an ICS, a student may apply for:

- requesting an individual form of completing the subject,
- in the case of health indications, extending the time of the examination.
- An ICS is awarded for one didactic cycle specified in the application. The exceptions are the cases specified in §1 section 2 points 3-4 of this procedure.
- The dean's decision regarding the awarding of an ICS and its duration is recorded in the ICT system.
- As part of the ICS, the student is required to receive a prior approval regarding the form of crediting the subjects from the subject coordinator/supervisor.
- The student submits an application for ICS to the dean's office. The application form shall be as in Annex 1.
- In the cases referred to in §1 section 2 points 2-5, the student attaches to the application a table containing listed forms of crediting the subjects as agreed with the subject coordinators/supervisors. This table shall be as in Annex 2 and a table of all subjects carried out in a given didactic cycle shall be as in Annex 3.
- The table of Annex 2 shall include the subjects in the case of which the student is applying for changes in the organization of studies. Lack of opinion from the subject coordinator/supervisor means that the student is obliged to participate in the classes following general rules.
- Other documents that the student shall submit are discussed in the rules concerning specific cases referred to in §1 section 2.
§ 2 Students taking part in international student exchange programs
- Enrolment in Erasmus programs takes place annually and applies to all trips planned for the next academic year.
