FEES RULES FOR STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY OF THE WROCŁAW UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY
In accordance with §12 of Regulations For Degree Programmes at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, The University (WUST) charges fees for educational services, including: for retaking subjects, for tuition fees in the case of international students, for participation in classes not included in the study program, for electronic student ID card (ELS), etc.
In case of difficulties in making the payment in full, on the indicated payment date, the student has the opportunity to apply for the possibility of repayment in installments and/or postponement of this deadline
Student applications are reviewed by the Vice-Dean for General Affairs.
Applications can only be for current obligations.
If the application is submitted before the due date of payment, no interest is charged.
Submission of an application after the due date will cause interest to accrue on the original due date.
In the case of, the presence of delays in previous repayment history, or a short deadline until the end of the semester/graduation, the student may receive a refusal decision.
A student is required to pay the arrears to the university by the end of the semester in question and, in the case of the final semester of study, before submitting the documents for defense to the dean's office. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the initiation of the procedure for removal from the list of students.
Students who are foreigners, paying tuition fees, can apply also at Admission Center, Foreign Student Admission Office admission@pwr.edu.pl, writing W4N and the subject of the application in the title of the email. His Magnificence Rector will
make the final decision in their case.
