  1. The rules, including the amount of fees and time limits for charging fees for educational services and other fees referred to in Article 79 of the Act, as well as the conditions and procedure for exemption from such fees, are specified in separate regulations.
  2. The University shall charge fees for the issue of documents specified in separate regulations and for the use of student dormitories and student canteens.

Division of the payment into installments

Application request for payment in installments (must be handwritten signed) has to be sent from student’s mailbox to katarzyna.wlazlinska@pwr.edu.pl or through Trusted Profile to the WUST mailbox.

In the subject of the mail, please write „Payment in installments / [student’s ID number]” eg. „Payment in installments / 123456”

By default payment is divided into 4 equal installments (according to the current Internal Directives of the University, in this document the deadlines for the payments are included). It is crucial to send such request before deadline of the payment – note: date of receiving a mail does matter. All previous liabilities must be settled. The final decision regarding student’s request is done by the Vice-Dean for General Affairs – dr hab. inż. Dariusz Król, prof. uczelni.

Installments – procedures

  1. Fulfill the application (winter semester / summer semester)
  2. Send application to katarzyna.wlazlinska@pwr.edu.pl
  3. Deadlines for installments are set according to the current University’s Internal Directives
  4. Payment is divided into equal installments
  5. In case of exceeding deadline, University is entitled to chargé statuatory interests, otherwise no additional fees are accumulated.

Need to remember:

In case of situation when student does not make regular payment of installments according to the set deadlines, student has to bear in mind that his further requests might be examined in student’s disadvantage.

Please remember that deadline of installment’s payment is the date of booking the payment on WUST’s bank acocunt. We highly recommend to make payments in advance or via Blue Media available in the system.
