Important information

We would like to inform you that as of April 27, 2026, due to amendments to the Act on Foreigners, a new, exclusive method of submitting applications for temporary residence permits has been introduced – via the nationwide MOS 2.0 system.

Applications submitted otherwise (in person at the Office or by post) will not be considered.

When applying for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of studying, foreigners are required to attach to their application in the MOS system so-called Appendix No. 5, which replaces the previous certificate obtained from the university.

Procedure for obtaining Appendix No. 5:

1. The international student completes the form in the MOS system and provides the university's email address:

2. After the student completes the required data, Appendix No. 5 is automatically forwarded to the university.
3. An authorized university employee completes the document and signs it with a qualified signature.
4. The signed document is returned to the student via the MOS system.
5. The student attaches Appendix No. 5 to their application via the MOS 2.0 system.

Applications should be submitted exclusively through the MOS 2.0 system, available at: https://www.mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl/

Please familiarize yourself with the new rules and follow the above mentioned procedure when submitting applications.

Dear Students,

On September 9th, a new method of logging in to Microsoft 365 services for students will be implemented (using Entra Connect).

New method of logging in to the M365 account within the University license (services such as Teams, Office applications, OneDrive):
