Information for newly admitted students
Dear Students,
congratulations on your successful admission to studies on the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology (WUST)!
We kindly inform you that as part of your studies after admission - August 5th, you will be assigned a student ID number (for graduates of WUST, this number remains the same) which will be your main identification number during your studies.
You can find it in the IRK system in the Personal forms in the Education tab in the field Student number.
The number consists of six digits.
Activate your student-mail box. The email address is in the form: studentID@student.pwr.edu.pl (eg. 789123@student.pwr.edu.pl)

Obligatory you need to activate your student’s mail box according to the instruction
To log in to the information systems it is necessary to know your unique login to the information systems and set an individual password for access. Having an active student mailbox, you can proceed to activate your individual account. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
In case of problems, send a request to pomoc+ad@pwr.edu.pl.
Logging to the USOS system
Having a login and password set in the previous step allow you to log into the USOSweb system.
First step that you need to do after logging to the USOSweb system: you need to get acknowledged with the oath-take and accept (sign) it.
Student will be able to accept the Oath-taking starting from 01.10.2026, till 08.10.2026.
Participation in the meeting is obligatory.
Participation in the OHS training is obligatory.
It concerns only graduates of WUST that validation of its OHS training after first level studies (5 years) and candidates outside of the WUST.
OHS training will take place in e-learning form, all materials are on the website https://ohs-training.pwr.edu.pl
Registration for the faculty’s subjects for the newly-admitted students will be held according to the schedule.
Registration for the subjects (courses) will be in the USOS system.
