Applied Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Technical Computer Science, Automation and Robotics – these are the most popular fields of study in the recruitment for first-cycle studies at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
This year, over 7,000 places were waiting for candidates (in full-time studies) in 64 different fields of study. Nearly 11 thousand candidates registered in the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology recruitment system. The most popular fields were:
• Applied Computer Science in English – 15 candidates per place,
• Applied Computer Science – 10 candidates per place,
• Cybersecurity – 7 candidates per place,
• Automation and Robotics – 5 candidates per place,
• Information Technology in Automation Systems – 5 candidates per place.
We will start accepting documents from the qualified candidates on 12 July. Candidates may submit the documents from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm and on Saturday, 16 July (from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm) in building C-13, room no. 0.12.
Those who failed to enrol in the field of their dreams or to register within the first deadline still have a chance to study at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. All you need to do is follow the information on free places and take part in the second recruitment session, which will start on 20 July and will last until 22 July.
In this year's recruitment, there were as many as seven new fields to choose from. In the first-cycle studies, the University starts Geothermal Power Engineering, Mineral Resources Engineering and a Closed-Loop Economy.
The second-cycle studies offer the following new fields: Urban Mining and Environmental Quality Management (studies in English), Spatial Management and Occupational Health and Safety. We would like to remind you that enrolment for the second-cycle studies finishes on 21 July.
Currently, over 20,000 students study at thirteen faculties of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and in three branches of our University. Applied Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Cybersecurity, Technical Computer Science and Automation and Robotics enjoyed the greatest popularity among candidates also last year.
