Applications of virtual reality, artificial intelligence, welding and laser techniques shows, developing computer games, electromagnetic spectrum and recognizing emotions based on biometric signals are among the topics that attracted crowds of high school students not only from Wrocław, but also from all over Poland, for example from Częstochowa, Bydgoszcz, Świnoujście and Wałbrzych. Thank you all!
During the Open Day, future IT specialists were welcomed by the scientists from our Faculty, as well as representatives of the Student Government and of our science clubs.
After the lectures, candidates could ask questions, answered not only by the scientists, but also by students from the W4 Student Government, who showed their future colleagues around the campus. Representatives of the White Hats and BioMedical AI had their stands at the C-1 building.
Laboratories and classes were held in Technopolis. Stands dedicated to the fields of study offered at out Faculty were located on the ground floor, and upper floors were taken by students from scientific clubs, such as the Neuroinformatics "Neuron" and the TK Games.
