– I always say that what the university can give you is not only lectures, classes or access to laboratories. It is also everything that results from student activity: contacts, responsibility, challenges, good fun – said Prof. Arkadiusz Wójs, rector of Wrocław University of Science and Technology in a speech during the award ceremony. – I am glad that you use these opportunities, and that there are so many of us here, showing that we can be proud of our active students.

nagrodzeini_wit3.jpg– You are the face and the pride of our University – added Dr. Piotr Górski, vice-rector for student affairs at WUST.

Agata Bartnik-Pietruszka, head of the Student Department at WUST, emphasized – Today we would like to thank active students, because they are the ones who are always ready to act and who can always be counted on.

– And this gala is for all of us a summary of what drove students last year – said Szymon Łakomy from the Students' Parliament of WUST. At the same time, it is also the moment of setting ambitious goals for the next year – he concluded.
