As the chairman of the technical committee of Computational Collective Intelligence Prof. Ngoc Thanh Nguyen was awarded for outstanding technical achievements in the category of „IEEE Most Active SMC Technical Committee Award”. Our researcher was awarded together with Prof. David Camacho from Spain and Prof. Costin Badice from Romania.

IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society (IEEE SMC) is one of the largest and oldest associations within the IEEE.

The award ceremony was held during the annual scientific conference organized by the Society in Kuching, Malaysia.
