Research interests

Fiber lasers (particularly in the mid-infrared range); rare-earth-doped optical fibers (Er³⁺, Dy³⁺, Tm³⁺); microstructured and photonic fibers; pulsed laser generation (Q-switching, gain-switching); fiber-optic sensing and telecommunication systems; quantum technologies and network security (QKD, 6G).
