Polish-Czech-Slovak IT competition – CyberTron Lower Silesia 2023

Day 1 – 25 September, 2023

12:00 p.m. – arrival of participants and accommodation (Hostel Green, Mickiewicza 4 st., Wrocław)
1:00 p.m. – lunch (Hostel Green, Mickiewicza 4 st.; mentors eat at the Student Culture Zone – SKS)
2:00 p.m. – registration and drawing of teams (starting package: T-shirt and ID badge). (Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Student Culture Zone – SKS, Hoene-Wrońskiego 10 st., Wrocław) – game venue
2:30 p.m. – choosing workstations, logging in
3:00 p.m. – field game at three locations: The Bem Cluster at WCSS, Polinka and exhibition at D21
5:00 p.m. – logging in to computers
6:00 p.m. – boat cruise and barbecue
8:00 p.m. – return to the accommodation site (Hostel Green, Mickiewicza 4 st., Wrocław)

Day 2 – 26 September, 2023

8:00 a.m. – breakfast (Hostel Green, Mickiewicza 4 st., Wrocław)
9:30 a.m. – official opening with the participation of the media (Wrocław University of
Science and Technology, Student Culture Zone – SKS, Hoene-Wrońskiego 10 st., Wrocław).                                                    10:00 a.m. – start of the CyberTron game – the IT part
2:00 p.m. – lunch break (Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Student Culture Zone – SKS, Hoene-Wrońskiego 10 st., Wrocław)
3:00 p.m. – return to the game
6:00 p.m. – end of the game – free time, integration of participants
7:00 p.m. – dinner (Hostel Green, Mickiewicza 4 st., Wrocław)

Participants have permanent catering available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m

Day 3 – 27 September, 2023

8:00 a.m. – breakfast (Hostel Green, Mickiewicza 4 st., Wrocław)
9:00 a.m. – check-out from the hostel
9:30 a.m. – continuation of the CyberTron game (Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Student Culture Zone – SKS, Hoene-Wrońskiego 10 st., Wrocław)
12:00 p.m. – end of the game
12:15 p.m. – summary and presentation of the solutions by the mentors
1:00 p.m. – summary and presentation of packages.
2:00 p.m. – lunch (Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Student Culture Zone – SKS, Hoene-Wrońskiego 10 st., Wrocław)

Participants have permanent catering available from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
