
Another 24 people have joined the prestigious group of early-career researchers at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. They include Dr. Radosław Idzikowski, Dr. Aleksandra Knapińska and Dr. Łukasz Pajewski from WIT. For the next two years (2026-2028), they will co-create Academia Iuvenum and benefit from a special programme supporting the development of their scientific careers.
Academia Iuvenum (AI) brings together 48 outstanding early-career researchers from Wrocław University of Science and Technology. They initiate activities for the benefit of the university, integrate the research community and represent the voice of early-career researchers at the university. As part of AI, they can benefit from, among other things, additional financial support, a reduced teaching load and a training programme developing research and managerial competencies.
Every year, the Rector of Wrocław University of Science and Technology appoints 24 new members for a two-year term. The ceremonial presentation of nominations and acknowledgements for those completing their third term is scheduled for 22 September.
