This academic year's first Information and Communication Technology seminar took place on Wednesday, 5th November. The topic was learning algorithms with entropy constraints.

The seminar took place in room 205 of building C-1. It was delivered by Prof. Przemysław Śliwiński, from the Department of Control Systems and Mechatronics. The title of the seminar was “Learning Algorithms With Entropy Constraints."

Scientific discipline councils are organs entitled to award the scientific degrees of doctor and habilitated doctor. Their term lasts 4 years. The ICT Scientific Discipline Councilis currently chaired by Prof. Wojciech Bożejko, head of the Department of Control Systems and Mechatronics at our Faculty.
