Robert Pytel, Mateusz Oleksy, Bartosz Gruca, Mikołaj Pieczaba, Tomasz Piwoda and Jędrzej Radłowski are students of Technical Computer Science at our Faculty, who received the audience award at this year's Team Projects Conference.

By the decision of the General Assembly of the Polish Academy of Sciences, our scientist has been admitted to this body as a corresponding member. Congratulations!

The third Faculty Picnic was organised for on Thursday, 26 June. It was attended by employees from our Faculty. We had great weather and a good turnout. Thanks for being there with us!

Sebastian Patyk won four gold medals during the 7th AMP in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. And there's more beyond his individual successes. WUST with Sebastian among its representatives came in second in the team competition.

Magdalena Gołębiowska has become the winner of the 4th edition of the competition Rising Star in Cybersecurity. The jury appreciated her project on voice-based user authentication with allowance for the user's emotions.

This year's Student Activity Gala has just ended. The Rector of our university honoured 77 students with awards, including 14 from our Faculty. Congratulations!

Dr. Jan Kocoń and Dr. Tomasz Szandała from WIT were among the next 24 people who joined Academia Iuvenum at Wrocław University of Science and Technology for the 2025-2027 term.

Weronika Domczewska from our Faculty won the main prize in the competition for the best engineering or bachelor's thesis organised by the Polish Bioinformatics Society. Congratulations!

Our university has once again invited high school students to participate in the educational game WUST Challenge. The participants had the opportunity to tackle tasks prepared by lecturers and students, including those from our Faculty.

The project of Prof. Maciej Zięba from the Department of Artificial Intelligence at our Faculty received funding under the 28th edition of the Opus programme.
