Dr. Jan Kocoń and Other Outstanding young WUST Researchers to Receive Ministerial Scholarships
Dr. Jan Kocoń from our Faculty and seven other young researchers from our University received this year's scholarships from the Minister of Education and Science. This is an award for people with outstanding scientific achievements.

Mateusz Zolisz – a Guitarist and a Programmer From Our Faculty
An unconventional composer and software developer. He rarely parts with his guitar. He loves guitar improvisations. At our Faculty, he studies Information Technology in Automation Systems, combining his passion for computer science and automation.

Our Students Show Innovative Ideas at the Team Projects Conference
A water monitoring station and thought-controlled augmented reality glasses are the awarded solutions developed by students as part of the 10th edition of the Team Projects Conference. A total of 25 projects were presented in the venue.

Perspektywy 2023 Ranging: Technical Studies Best in Poland
IT was ranked 3rd according to ranking of the Perspektywy Foundation. The best fields in Poland were again: Civil Engineering, and Chemical and Process Engineering. Another 18 fields were classified at the top of the list.

The rector of Wrocław University of Science and Technology awarded 45 students with prizes in recognition of their results in competitions, as well as their commitment to building the image of the University.

The AI Forum Just Finished It was attended by a special guest – the Minister for Digitization
23 research and implementation projects prepared by our students were presented during the AI Forum. The special guest of the event was Janusz Cieszyński, Minister of Digitization.

Our Students Second in the ING Bank Śląski Hackathon
Three students from our Faculty took part in the finals of HackING – the hackathon of ING Bank Śląski. The team composed of: Ireneusz Placek, Bartosz Procki and Bartłomiej Koba took second place and won PLN 6,000. Congratulations!

More Researchers from Our Faculty Join Academia luvenum
Two researchers from our Faculty have joined Academia Iuvenum.Together with 22 other scientists, they will replace the young researchers who worked in this body since 2021.
